For light goods like clothing and personal accessories, we ship by air which can take anywhere between 7-15 business days to arrive in Ghana after you place your order. We ship bulky goods by sea, which takes about 6-8weeks to arrive.
We need to receive payment in full before orders are shipped. Payments cover the cost of goods, insurance, shipping and customs duties. The customer is responsible for last-mile delivery charges or pickup.
We are open Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.
The service fee is only charged on our Shop-And-Ship service. It covers the cost of shopping and transportation of the goods. We don’t charge service fees on our shipping-only service so long as the customer ships the item to us.
Our agent in Ghana will call you when your order arrives. We will also issue you a tracking number to track your order and know when it arrives.
You are responsible for picking up your order from our office in Ghana. If you want your order delivered, you can arrange it with our agent, and we will get that sorted out for you.
We will email you to let you know after we receive your delivery.
Yes, if you order multiple items, we will wait till we receive all the deliveries and ship them as one package.
We ship weekly by air freight and monthly by sea freight.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, wire transfers and all other major credit car.
Yes, we can source cars from dealerships, online marketplaces or auctions.
